Here are some general books that are specific to care, healing, or liturgy following a disaster.  I found most of these by searching on "disaster" along with terms like "religious," "Christianity," and "Psychological." There are many more books that deal with disasters more broadly that might include relevant sections or chapters. Also, many denominational liturgical resources include some liturgies and services appropriate to the situations that you describe.
