Further searching:

Both the Library Catalog and journal databases such as the ATLA Religion Database can be searched with terms like "Church work with young adults" to focus specifically on that age group. Among the broader issues of evangelism, search terms like "evangelism" and "church growth" can be useful.  Finally, most of the books in this area end up in the BV section of the library and it may be fruitful to simply browse among the stacks.
