Search Strategies:

The term "theodicy" can be a useful search term. Issues of theodicy relate to issues of "good and evil," "suffering," "free will and determinism," and of course, "God." Additional searches specific to your topic might include subjects like "Medicine-religious aspects," "Death-religious aspects," "Suffering-religious aspects."  Almost anytime you are visiting "religious aspects" of a root problem, you get into issues of theodicy whether you are talking about war, mental illness, or poverty.
