The DP3 Implementation Team (DP3I) is charged with:

  • Identifying and coordinating short-term technical updates;
  • Monitoring and communicating to stakeholders about system operability, technical changes, and planned outages or upgrades;
  • Ensuring that systems continue to support library-wide curation, metadata, and preservation priorities;
  • Monitoring technology and library service best practice trends in DP3 service areas for future planned directions.
